Cowlitz & Clark County Child Advocates (CCCA), Guardian ad Litem Program; Empowering Young People, Strengthening Families, Investing in the Community. CCCA represents the best interest of children who are subject to child welfare intervention due to abandonment, abuse, or neglect. CCCA is dedicated to advocating for each child's rights and well-being and helping youth and families to overcome challenges. CCCA serves 1,000 children annually.

Our mission is to support unaccompanied youth by offering a safe haven and vital resources. We focus on providing emotional support, life skills training, and access to educational opportunities. By fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment, we help young individuals overcome obstacles and work towards a brighter future. Join us in making a difference in their lives.
