Serving our community for over 70 years, Columbia Wellness is a certified behavior health clinic treating over 10,000 adult and child mental health and substance use patients per year with 4 facilities in Cowlitz and Grays Harbor Counties. Dedicated to providing exemplary care, we offer outpatient mental health for all ages, SUD services, mobile crisis, and inpatient services for mental health and SUD detox in our Wellness and Recovery Center.
