I opened Heal IRL in May 2023 with the mission to help people out of pain and back in control. My clients all agree that my approach is unique, investigative, and connects them to their bodies with a new level of understanding. My sense of touch finds the hidden issues in the tissues, while my own history with chronic pain gives me empathetic experience to pull from. When pain can be a puzzle, you can count on me to lend a hand (or elbow).

NOVAKAI Wellness focuses on wellness from the inside out. We have services ranging from IV hydration, intramuscular injections, botox, weight loss program, & more! Even though we have a "menu" we prefer to customize to each individual so we are full filling your exact needs. We have a location in Longview but we are also mobile. We travel anywhere from Lewis County to Clark County & serve clients in home, business or wherever is most convenient!
